a mama to two toddlers and a holistic nutritional therapist.

Why? Because I was just like you.
I was that mom, barely making it through the day, feeling totally helpless and worn down.
I would constantly get dizzy and feel faint, and literally felt weak to the bone.
No matter what I tried, I had no energy. And I wasn’t sure what the worst part was- was it how utterly exhausted I felt or that I didn’t know what to do about it?
The stress of scrolling through social media to try to find the latest tip that may or may not work for me eventually became too much.
I pulled the plug and went to see a top holistic doctor.
He diagnosed me with adrenal fatigue and sent me home with a list of supplements I should take and an order to “get more sleep”- something that was difficult for me as a breastfeeding mom at the time.
I definitely felt validated but I felt something was missing. I wanted more- I wanted root cause answers, not bandaid type of answers. I wanted to understand how my body got to this place of breaking down so badly at the young age of 25.
This feeling of having enough of the guessing game is what led me to get certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner at the Nutritional Therapy Association.
There, I learned how the body functions, the foundations to health that often times are mistakenly overlooked but must be addressed for true healing to happen, and what root cause health really is. Basically, it taught me the greatest hack to true health.
I further trained in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis testing which showed me the importance of balancing minerals and how that can affect our metabolism, energy, and ability to heal. This one really spoke to me since lack of energy was my main thing, I felt, holding me back from enjoying life.
With both trainings combined, I finally had the right knowledge to understand what my body was saying and what it needed from me in order to truly heal.
Since incorporating the things I’ve learned, I have, thank God, seen my energy levels steadily rising. I no longer get as dizzy as I used to and I wake up feeling well rested and able to be present for my kids. Gone are the days where I’d be crashing halfway through on the couch, trying to watch my kids while resting my eyes at the same time… (is that even possible?). Instead, I finally have steady energy throughout my days, have the energy to take my kids to the park at 6PM and know what I need to do when I do feel my energy levels dip (since that’s inevitable for a mom not always getting enough sleep).
It’s debatable if the best part is the fact that I feel confident and less stressed about my health journey because I’m able to test instead of guess. (Because let me tell you, the search for answers is what literally kept me up at night, preventing me from getting the sleep I so desperately needed AND just added more stress to my already overflowing bucket of stress!)
